Regional Property Manager:

The Regional Property Manager will report to Senior Management and assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to the property management and supervision of a portfolio of multifamily properties; be responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers; and share responsibility for maintaining the physical asset, operations and financial performance of assigned properties. This position also includes assisting other corporate team members with special projects as needed. Travel is required. Reasonable use of your vehicle is required on a regular basis with eligibility for mileage reimbursement. Previous experience as a Regional Property Manager or the equivalent is required.

LIHTC experience is required, USDA/RD experience preferred.  At least five years of regional management experience, with a specific focus on affordable housing.
